InDesign won't open

If InDesign won't open, try this:

1. Shut down your computer

2. Start up in "Safe Mode" by holding down the Shift key when starting up the computer (let go when you get to the system login screen).

3. Once the computer is booted up and you're at the Desktop, launch InDesign.

4. After (hopefully) successfully launching InDesign, quit the application and shut down the computer.

5. Restart as you normally would.

6. Start up InDesign - it should start normally
